Davemo is a Canadian R&B singer, Rapper and Guitarist. His journey started in a small town on the east coast of Canada where he formed his first band “Shelter” in high school. Once David left his little town, he started playing with the top musicians in Toronto through way of being admitted on scholarship into the enriched program at Humber College for Jazz Guitar Performance. When he realized that staying in Toronto as a jazz guitarist wasn’t going to bring him sizeable success, he dropped out of Humber and moved to Boston to study at Berklee College of Music and make new connections. His success in Boston took him to Los Angeles where he worked on a handful of projects with minor celebrities before moving back to Toronto where he now works with Clifton Broadbridge and the El Mocambo team as well as RBL music on his upcoming projects.
David’s goal is to bring unity and progression with his music. He seeks people that have gone through the same kind of profound ups and downs that he has and reels them in with his music.
